What we believe or assume about the world affects how we live in it, what we do, what we don't do and ultimately grounds all the big decisions we make in it. James Sire describes a worldview as:
"A worldview is a set of presuppositions (or assumptions) which we hold (consciously or subconsciously) about the basic make-up of our world."Our worldview is one of the most important things to test, since if our worldview doesn't stand up to scrutiny then surely we have a responsibility to change it and live in accordance to one which does. What's your world-view and does it stand up to scrutiny?
Although clearly not an exhaustive map, its still interesting to work your way through.
