Recommended Books

Please feel free to let us know of any other apologetics based books that you have found helpful and we will add them to our list.
If you are a Christian and you don't really know what apologetics is then I will recommend six very good books that will help equip you to be prepared to share the gospel in a secular culture. These books will get you excited about how and why Christianity makes sense and how you can be equipped to share the gospel persuasively, lovingly and reasonably.

1. The Case for Christ + The Case for Faith - By Lee Strobel
2. The Dawkins Letters - By David Robertson
3. On Guard - By William Lane Craig
4. TACTICS: A Game Plan for Discussing you Christian Convictions - By Greg Koukl
5. The Reason for God - By Timothy Keller
6. The Case for Life - By Scott Klusendorf *If you are a Christian in the Western world you can't afford not to read this book.

The above books will introduce you into some of the intellectual support for following Jesus, they will help you work through doubts and demonstrate how you can be better prepared to offer responses to friends when you try to talk about Jesus.

If you manage to work your way through those five books then I suggest moving onto some of the ones below and if there is any particular area of interest that you feel led to explore, whether that be Medicine, Philosophy or the Arts I will hopefully get round to some suggested reading as-well.
